Are you a specialist doctor looking to work strategically with health and workplace environment?

As a consultant at Randstad, you now have the opportunity to step into a central role at one of Sweden's leading companies in occupational health care. We are looking for someone who is available from March and wants to work at least 50%, but we prefer that you are available for a higher employment rate. Previous experience in similar consulting assignments is highly meritorious.

Responsibilities

As a company doctor, you will work proactively, preventively, and post-therapeutically at the individual, group, and organizational levels:

• Conducting statutory medical checks and advice.
• Medical assessments in case of illness and planning of measures and rehabilitation.
• Work ability assessments and support for employers in rehabilitation processes.
• Strategic support and advice to company management and leaders on health issues.
• Workplace visits to map and improve the work environment at client companies.
• Active participation in inter-collegial collaboration within the unit.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you meet the following:

• Licensed physician with specialist competence (occupational health care, general medicine, or other relevant specialty).
• Experience in conducting medical checks and statutory examinations.
• Meritorious: Authorization to perform diving medical examinations/certificates.
• Team player: You enjoy collaborating with other professional categories to achieve the best results for the client.
• Flexibility: You appreciate moving between different environments and client companies.
